Physician Supervision. The Primary Supervising Physician shall maintain adequate oversight of the APP and ultimate responsibility to assure that high-quality care is provided to all patients treated within the scope of this Agreement in accord with existing state and federal law and the rules and regulations of the North Carolina Medical Board.
