Physician/Provider Accountability Sample Clauses

Physician/Provider Accountability. The Physician/Provider is responsible for ensuring that Supervised Persons do not access the Systems and do not use or disclose the Data therein to any other Person unless: (a) such access, use or disclosure is for the purposes described in this Agreement; and (b) the Physician/Provider has directed the Supervised Person to access, use or disclose the Systems and Data in a manner that is consistent with FIPPA and PIPA.
