Physician Orders. Facility shall provide to Contractor a physician order for all specimens to be tested by or conducted by Contractor.
Physician Orders. If there are physician orders that are inconsistent with the Plan of Care or Hospice protocols, a registered nurse with Facility shall notify Hospice. An authorized representative of Hospice shall resolve differences directly with the physician and secure the necessary orders.
