Physical Samples Sample Clauses
The Physical Samples clause governs the provision, handling, and evaluation of tangible product samples between contracting parties. Typically, it outlines the requirements for delivering samples, the standards they must meet, and the procedures for inspection or testing. For example, a supplier may be required to provide a certain number of product units for quality assessment before full-scale production or shipment. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of product expectations and quality, reducing the risk of disputes over product conformity or performance.
