Physical Exercise Clause Samples
Physical Exercise. Each employee shall exercise at least one hour each duty day. The City and the Union agree to mutually work out a physical exercise program that will help the employees to exercise and improve their physical conditions. Time for physical training will be left to the discretion of the officer in charge of the shift. Forms will be provided and are to be filled out by each man to provide a record of his physical training. If an employee is unable to participate in all phases of the physical training program for a period of time, a written notification from his doctor will be required.
Physical Exercise. The participants with problems related to lack of exercise will be guided to group exercise intervention. Participants are asked to exercise at least once a week with a recorded online session in the My Path platform. These exercise session are planned by the physiotherapists of the HUS Comprehensive Cancer Center. Sessions have various themes like walking outside, relaxation, stretching and strength training. One session will take 30-45 minutes. Once a month during six months online group chat will be available to participants to receive more personal guidance and discuss their questions related to the exercises. Logging information about the use of the module will be collected from the video platform. From the My Path participants will found information about the importance of exercise for the cancer patients and they are encourages to exercise according to the guidelines during the 6 months intervention period.
