Phrase Correction Clause Samples
The Phrase Correction clause allows for the modification or clarification of specific wording within a contract to ensure accuracy and mutual understanding. In practice, this clause enables the parties to identify and correct typographical errors, ambiguous language, or unintended phrasing that may otherwise lead to confusion or misinterpretation. Its core function is to maintain the integrity and clarity of the agreement by providing a mechanism to promptly address and rectify language issues as they arise.
Phrase Correction. If you wish to enter a common phrase and forget how to write one of the characters, you can substitute any character instead. Select the incorrect character, and click Phrase Correction and the correct character.
Phrase Correction. When writing a word or phrase on the full screen at onec, and do not know how to write one of the character, you can write any character instead, then click the Phrase Correction to correct it. Please refer section 3.3.2.
Phrase Correction. In Full Screen mode if you wish to enter a common phrase such as an idiom, if you are not sure of how to write one of the characters you can substitute a similar sounding character instead. If you are not sure of the character’s pronunciation either, choose any at random. When you have fin- ished writing the phrase, select the uncertain character with the mouse then click on the phrase correction button. The system will examine the four characters before or after this particular character to guess what you meant and make the change.
1. When entering an idiom in Full Screen mode such as『拔苗助長』, if you are not sure of how to write the character『拔』, you can enter the char- acter『一』instead to input『一苗助長』.
2. Move the mouse over the character『一』and pause for a moment to bring up the “Candidate Characters Window”. Click the phrase correc- ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the『一』character will be changed to『拔』.
3. If the phrase correction function came up with multiple candidate characters, these will be shown in the candidate characters window for you to choose from. For example, if the input was『股份一限公司』when you pause the mouse cursor over the『一』character, this will bring up the “Candidate Characters Window”. Pressing the phrase correction button will bring up a list of all phrase correction candidate characters for you to choose and make the correction with.
