I hereby consent that any videos, photographs and/or motion picture film in which I appear and/or audio recordings made of my voice may be used by Leadership Jacksonville (LJ), its assigns or successors, program partners or sponsors in LJ’s sole discretion including but not limited to yearbooks, television, social media sites or website. Furthermore, I hereby consent that such photographs, films and recordings, and the plates and/or tapes from which they’re made shall be the property of LJ and they shall have the right to sell, duplicate, or reproduce and make other uses of such photographs, films, recordings, plates and tapes as they may desire free and clear of any claim for royalty or monetary compensation on my part.
