Phoenix. The Phoenix-Talent School Board unanimously approved a new contract for licensed staff for 2023-25 in a special virtual session via Zoom Monday, 12 days after the Phoenix-Talent School District and Phoenix-Talent Education Association agreed on a tentative agreement.
