Philips’ Responsibilities. 10.1 For on site support, Participant shall provide reasonable access to the Equipment for Supplier’s service engineers, adequate working space as well as all reasonable facilities and assistance necessary for the performance of the services. Participant may elect to provide access to the Equipment by means of a call-back modem connection in order to speed up any necessary remote maintenance and support activities. CO-DOC-97.04 December 23, 1997 10.2 In case of a Fatal Error or Critical Error. Participant shall use best efforts to promptly inform Supplier of the existence of such Fatal or Critical Error.
