Phasing and Logistics Plan. The ▇▇▇▇ shall prepare and submit a phasing plan for the construction of the proposed improvements. This plan shall include limits of construction, fencing, screening, schedule, staging, logistics and proposed trailer locations. This plan will be reviewed and approved by the Owner Project Team in conjunction with the Library’s A/E Design Team.
