Common use of Phase Wise Development Clause in Contracts

Phase Wise Development. The Vendor intends to develop the Said Complex in different phases over a period of time (collectively Phases) as mentioned in Clauses 5.2 and 5.4 which are deemed to be incorporated in this Clause. The Buyer hereby unconditionally and irrevocably accepts the same and covenants not to raise any objection or hindrance whatsoever thereto, under any circumstances.
