Common use of Phase-Out Costs Clause in Contracts

Phase-Out Costs. ‌ Phase-out costs of $(TBD) will be invoiced and paid upon expiration or termination of this Agreement as part of the final invoice to the Judicial Council, provided (i) the termination is not for cause and (ii) at the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Contactor will have no other contracts with the Judicial Council.
