Phase I Services. The parties shall provide Phase I Services as provided herein and as provided in Exhibit C ("Phases"): 2.1 E-mail or other approved Promotion. At least one (1) time each calendar quarter during the Term, commencing with the Effective Date, Town Pages will direct an e-mail campaign to all Registered Users. Such e-mail campaign shall, at a minimum, reasonably promote the Co-Branded Site, and may, at Town Pages discretion, include additional material regarding Town Pages and its goods and services.
