Phase Hiring Process. Each year SPS and the SEA agree to staffing processes for classified staff that include specific goals. Staffing dates and details will be agreed upon each year taking into consideration the budget situation and the following goals: Advertise vacant positions as early in the Spring Staffing process as possible. Maximize opportunities for regular employees who are displaced or transferring to apply for advertised positions (Phase 1). Ensure that employees who are displaced due to school closures, program changes, and funding reductions have secured placement in available positions elsewhere in the district prior to any outside hire. Prudently manage the displacement pool. Notify classified employees of reduction in force (RIF) by the end of April. Where available, CenturyLink signaling services to link its Signaling Transfer Points (STPs) for CLEC switches which connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “A” links or for CLEC’s STPs to connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “D” links which are dedicated to the transport of signaling for local Interconnection, may be ordered from the CenturyLink Tariff.

  • Completion of Work Contractor is accountable for completing the Work within the Contract Time stated in the Contract, or as otherwise amended by Change Order.
