Phase D Clause Samples
The 'Phase D' clause defines a specific stage or segment within a larger project or contractual process. Typically, this clause outlines the objectives, deliverables, and timelines associated with Phase D, detailing what is expected from the parties during this period. For example, it may specify the completion of certain tasks, submission of reports, or achievement of milestones before moving to the next phase. The core function of this clause is to provide structure and clarity to the progression of the project, ensuring that both parties understand their responsibilities and the criteria for advancing beyond Phase D.
