Phase 2 Permits. Upon receipt of confirmation from the Consultant that the Building Plans conform to the requirements of NYS Uniform Code, the Certificate of Appropriateness and the Final Site Plan, the Building Inspector shall issue all permits necessary to construct the Phase 2 improvements within 3 business days.
