Phase 2 Development. Phase 2 of the Project will consist of the following development components: Residential Units. 42 single family lots each accommodating a casita will be platted. Developer may elect to construct casitas on the lots or may sell them as vacant lots to third party purchasers for future construction of the casita on that lot.
