Phase 2 Date. See the dates as listed in the Licensed Product chart (Schedule A, section 4) for each Licensed Product. Phase 2 Date is defined as the latest delivery date by which Licensee delivers to Licensor, preliminary game play tests of all key character movements and abilities of the characters utilized within the Licensed Product.
