Phase 2 Activities Sample Clauses

Phase 2 Activities. During Phase 2, Lessee shall engage in and complete construction of the Renewable Energy Facilities and related Improvements on the Leased Premises, as more particularly described in the Construction Plan. All Phase 2 activities and requirements shall be conducted at Lessee’s sole cost and expense.
