Pharmacy Space Sample Clauses

Pharmacy Space. The designated area Leased or Licensed by CVS in a Store as described in a Master Occupancy Agreement. If for any reason CVS manages or services a retail pharmacy in accordance with the arrangements described in Section 3.3 below, the area in which CVS manages or services the retail pharmacy shall be deemed Pharmacy Space for the purposes of this Agreement.
