Pharmacy Managers a. All pharmacy departments located within the stores described in Article 2-A-1 shall be allowed the exclusion of the Pharmacy Manager as designated by the Employer. In addition, the Pharmacy Manager shall be permitted to perform any and all work designated by the Employer without restrictions. b. Managers and assistant managers excluded as set forth in the Retail Drug Agreement, shall be permitted to perform any work within the pharmacy department without restriction, except as limited by law.
