Pharmacy Department. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians employed in pharmacy departments in Max Foods/Lucky stores shall be governed by terms and conditions that are identical to those set forth in Appendices E and F of the Retail Food and Meat Agreement except that new hire pharmacy managers will be excluded from the bargaining unit. Pharmacy managers with hire dates prior to April 7, 2005 will have the option to remain in the bargaining unit.
