PGM Sample Clauses
The PGM (Project Governance Mechanism) clause establishes the framework for overseeing and managing a project within a contract. It typically outlines the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders, sets up regular meetings or reporting requirements, and defines decision-making processes for project issues or changes. By providing a structured approach to project governance, this clause ensures accountability, facilitates communication, and helps resolve disputes or uncertainties during the project's execution.
PGM. PGM will make available the facilities, processing site, equipment and supervise the Joint Venture operations.
PGM. 015
1) The Department will not provide any administrative functions or office support for the Contractor (e.g., clerical assistance, office supplies, copiers, fax machines, and preparation of documents), except as indicated in this Contract.
PGM. The second class is the Probe Gap Model (PGM), also known as Direct Probing. In PGM, packet pairs (or packet trains) are sent to the path at a single rate. This probing rate is set to the capacity of the tight link, and so it is larger than (or equal to) the available bandwidth of the path. The main component of PGM is a mathematical re- lation between the input and output rates of a probing packet pair, under a fluid traffic model, based on which PGM tools as Spruce [63] estimate the end-to-end available bandwidth. Even though that relation has been derived for a single queue model, it has been claimed that PGM is also accurate in multi-hop paths as long as there is a single bottleneck [63]. In PGM the available bandwidth is: = 1 − (∆out − ∆in) or A = C − CT , where CT is the cross-traffic rate.
PGM. PGM, also called C-Statin, is an angiogenesis inhibitor, created from a plant extract that is capable of halting new blood vessel growth and that has demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity in three animal tumor models (patent-pending, claims allowed, issuance imminent). More detailed information about PGM is included as Appendix B. This product is now available only in limited quantities. A significant investment in a production facility will be required before an uninterrupted supply can be manufactured.
