If an animal exhibits aggressive behavior including, but not limited to attacking or biting a Resident or guest, such behavior will not be tolerated and shall be cause for removal of the pet. Residents will be strictly liable for the entire amount of any injury or wrongful death to any person or property caused by the pet, and shall indemnify the Owner, it employees, representatives, agents, and Manager for any and all costs or claims arising out of such incident, including but not limited to litigation and attorney fees.

Pet Rules. The following rules apply to all Pet Owners during their stay at The Greendream. • No pets are allowed in/on beds, couches or soft furnishings. No pets are allowed in bedrooms at any time! • Pet Fees: $20 per dog per night. Discounts may be offered for longer stays ( 2 weeks or longer) Xxxx County requires that pets are kept on a leash when outside at all times Pets must be supervised in the yard and in the house at all times Guests agree to bring their own paw towel- pet towel(s) and pet bowls. Don't use guest towels. $50 Fee if pet hair found on guest towels. Guests agree to bring pet blanket(s).* Don't use guest blankets,comforters,bed linens,pillows,towels to clean or wipe dogs nor to clean up spills. Crates: For small dogs: Guests agree to bring their own dog crate. Dogs must be crated at night and when unsupervised. Large dogs can sleep on pillows in the Common areas. *If pet fur is found on bedding or furniture, and if urine is detected anywhere, the guests will be charged additional cleaning fees ($35 per hour).. Guest must pick up dog feces from yard and properly dispose of the waste in outside garbage bin. ($100 Violation Fee). Pets cannot stay outside at night, and must come inside if neighbors complain of barking Number of pets must not exceed the advertised approved number. No responsibility will be taken for pets staying at the property.
