Common use of Persons to Whom Interest Payable Clause in Contracts

Persons to Whom Interest Payable. Interest on the Notes shall be payable to the Person in whose name a Note is registered at the close of business (whether or not a Business Day) on the Interest Record Date (as set forth in Section 3.02(f)(iii) below), for such interest payment.
