Common use of Persons Entitled to Benefit of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Persons Entitled to Benefit of Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and the officers and directors and any controlling persons referred to herein, and the affiliates of each party referred to in Section 7 hereof. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and the officers and directors and any controlling persons referred to herein, and the affiliates of each party referred to in Section 7 9 hereof. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any other person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained herein. No purchaser of Units Shares from any Underwriter the Initial Purchaser shall be deemed to be a successor merely by reason of such purchase.

Persons Entitled to Benefit of Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and the officers and directors and any controlling persons referred to herein, and the affiliates of each party referred to in Section 7 0 hereof. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any other person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained herein. No purchaser of Units Shares from any Underwriter shall be deemed to be a successor merely by reason of such purchase.

Persons Entitled to Benefit of Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and the officers officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents and directors and any controlling persons referred to herein, and the affiliates of each party referred to in Section 7 ‎10 hereof. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any other person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained hereinherein or therein. No purchaser of Units Shares from any Underwriter shall be deemed to be a successor merely by reason of such purchasetransfer.

Persons Entitled to Benefit of Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give to any other person person, firm or corporation any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained hereinherein contained. No purchaser The term “successors and assigns” as herein used shall not include any purchaser, as such purchaser, of any of the Units from any Underwriter shall be deemed to be a successor merely by reason of such purchaseUnderwriters.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give to any other person person, firm or corporation any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained hereinherein contained. No purchaser The term “successors and assigns” as herein used shall not include any purchaser, as such purchaser, of any of the Firm Units from any Underwriter shall be deemed to be a successor merely by reason of such purchasethe Underwriters.
