Persons Deemed Owner. Prior to due presentment for registration of transfer of any Note, the Note Issuer, the Note Trustee and any agent of the Note Issuer or the Note Trustee may treat the Person in whose name any Note is registered (as of the day of determination) as the owner of such Note for the purpose of receiving payments of principal of and interest on such Note and for all other purposes whatsoever, whether or not such Note be overdue, and neither the Note Issuer, the Note Trustee nor any agent of the Note Issuer or the Note Trustee shall be affected by notice to the contrary.
