Personality Conflicts Clause Samples
The Personality Conflicts clause addresses situations where interpersonal issues between parties or their representatives impact the working relationship. Typically, this clause outlines procedures for resolving such conflicts, which may include mediation, reassignment of personnel, or other steps to restore a productive environment. Personality Conflicts. In cases of personality conflict, transfers to another location within their category may be requested by the employees involved; such transfers must be mutually agreed between the Board, the Union and the employees. Postings for this purpose will not be required.
