  • Personal Use I agree that the pupil will only use this device for educational purposes and not for personal use and will not loan the equipment to any other person.

  • PERSONAL SCOPE This Agreement shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.

Any Officer of the Union, acting on behalf of the Employee or Owner Operator, may inspect an Employee or Owner Operator's disciplinary file, with the written authorization from the Employee or Owner Operator.

  • Personal Appearance All teachers shall maintain dress, grooming and personal appearance consistent with their area of teaching.
