PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. 122. Personal Services Contracts. No personal service contracts shall be approved by the CITY for work which normally is, or which can be, performed by EMPLOYEES or eligibles for Civil Service classifications covered by this CBA without first meeting and conferring with LOCAL 200, consistent with Article I.B. herein, and subject to approval of the Civil Service Commission.
PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. This contract is a personal services contract and Executive may not assign any portion of his responsibilities under this Agreement. However, Executive shall have the right, after consultation with the Manager, to reasonably delegate appropriate administrative duties to any person who is an employee of the Company.

No personal service contracts shall be approved by the SFMTA for work which normally is, or which can be, performed by employees eligible for Civil Service classifications covered by this CBA without first meeting and conferring with Local 200, consistent with Article I.B herein, and subject to approval of the Civil Service Commission.
PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. This is a personal services contract and the rights and obligations set forth herein may not be assigned or delegated by Executive, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement with respect to benefits payable upon Executive's disability or death, without the express, written consent of the Company. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, its successors and assigns. This Agreement may be assigned by the Company to any party, without the consent of Executive. The transfer of Executive to any parent, affiliate or subsidiary of the Company shall constitute an assignment of this Agreement.
PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. This Agreement is personal to Executive and, without the prior written consent of the Employer, shall not be assignable by Executive. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Executive's legal representatives.
PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. Consultant acknowledges and agrees this Agreement is a personal services contract and may not be assigned by Consultant.
PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. As defined by the Oregon Revised Statues. This person has special skills that are not needed by the College on a permanent basis, but that are required on a short-term or sporadic basis.
PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. 48. The Director of Human Resources has agreed to direct all departments to notify the Union of proposed personal services contracts which are to be presented to the Civil Service Commission for approval, where such services could potentially be performed by represented classifications. Such notification shall occur no later than the date a department sends out RFPs.
PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. The Partners acknowledge and agree that except for their respective economic interests in the Partnership, each Partner's respective rights, powers and privileges as a Partner hereunder shall be deemed to be in respect of a personal services contract, and not an executory contract, under the United States Bankruptcy Code and any state insolvency or bankruptcy laws. Without limitation on the foregoing, each Partner confirms and agrees that one of the major factors that caused the Partners to form this Partnership and to enter into this Agreement was the personal trust and confidence each Partner reposed in the personal services, management skills and business experience of the other Partner. The Partners do not desire to, and agree that they shall not be required to, accept the 23 exercise of management or control rights (including rights to give approvals or consents under this Agreement) by any party other than a Partner. Accordingly, in the event of a Bankruptcy of a General Partner or the withdrawal of a General Partner, such General Partner's Operating Committee Members and Executive Committee Members shall immediately be terminated and deemed removed from the Operating Committee and Executive Committee, respectively, and such General Partner shall have no right whatsoever to participate in the management or control of the Partnership; provided, however, that such General Partner shall be entitled to all of the rights and benefits of an assignee of a partnership interest under the Act.
PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. This contract is a personal services contract and shall not be assignable by Executive, but shall be binding upon her and upon her heirs, administrators, representatives, executors, and successors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall have the right, after consultation with the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors, to reasonably delegate appropriate administrative duties to any person who is an employee of the Company. This Agreement shall be freely assignable by the Company without restriction and shall be deemed automatically assigned by the Company with Executive’s consent in the event of any sale, merger, share exchange, consolidation, or other business reorganization.
