PERSONAL SATISFACTION AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT. The obligations of COUNTY as provided in this Agreement are expressly conditioned upon CONTRACTOR’s compliance with the provisions of this Agreement to the personal satisfaction of the COUNTY.
