Personal Presentation. Employees are required to comply with standards of dress, personal hygiene and grooming appropriate to the Employee’s role. Where ALDI supplies clothing, it must be worn only for work, and the Employee will be responsible for its laundry and presentation at all times to the standards expected. Compensation for any laundry expenses has been incorporated into remuneration of Employees under this Agreement.
