PERSONAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW. 6.2.1 The Parties to this Agreement support a Personal Performance Review process. 6.2.2 The objective of a Personal Performance Review process is to enable Employees to understand, in a positive environment, their individual and team performance against agreed performance criteria and to enable the Employee to give feedback to the Employer.
