Personal data’ Use. The controller shall be responsible for the use of the TEHTRIS Service in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. The data controller shall indemnify TEHTRIS on first demand against any loss resulting from a third party challenging it for a breach of this warranty. The data controller shall be solely responsible for the quality, lawfulness and relevance of the personal data and their content, which it transmits for use of the TEHTRIS Service. He also warrants that he holds the Intellectual Property Rights entitling him to use the Data and content. Accordingly, TEHTRIS shall not be liable for any failure of the Data and/or content to comply with laws and regulations, public policy or the needs of the controller. More generally, the controller is solely responsible for the content and messages broadcast and/or downloaded via the Service. The controller remains the sole owner of the Data constituting the content of the Solutions. Malicious or suspicious items uploaded to the Solutions shall become the sole Property of TEHTRIS under the conditions set forth in Article - Property.

By signing this Agreement, the Clients agree that OFSL may collect, use and disclose all information and personal data of the Clients and the Student provided or which may be provided to OFSL from time to time, to all persons who require such information for the purposes of evaluating and processing the Student’s admission, for OFS-related activities and for any other purpose relating to the conduct of the OFSL’s business and the provision of services by OFSL or its authorised service providers, as well as to comply with all laws and regulatory requirements including but not limited to the purchase of insurance under the Fee Protection Scheme.
