Personal Commitment. 28 I pledge and agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. I understand that a violation 29 of or noncompliance with any of these terms will result in my being terminated without the 30 right to a pre-termination hearing. Further, I pledge to remain free of all illegal drugs and 31 also not to engage in harmful/inappropriate use of legal drugs (including alcohol). I hereby 32 consent to the County's contacting any treatment or health care provider who may have 1 information on my alcohol or drug dependency condition and/or compliance with the terms 2 of this agreement and authorize the provider to furnish such information to the County. 3 4 I understand the terms and conditions of this letter.
