Common use of Personal Car Usage Clause in Contracts

Personal Car Usage. If the Employer requests that an employee use his personal vehicle for transportation to and from jobs, the owner shall be paid for such use at forty-five ($0.45) cents per kilometre if the job is outside of the County of Essex. Mileage shall be paid for all kilometres driven beyond Essex County.
