Persistent Poverty Counties. At the end of each year of the Period of Performance, the Recipient must have closed Financial Products in Persistent Poverty Counties (PPC) in an amount equal to or greater than: 5% of the total PPC Financial Assistance (exclusive of Base-FA, DF-FA, or HFFI-FA) by the end of Year 1 of the Period of Performance, 50% of the total PPC-FA(exclusive of Base-FA, DF-FA, or HFFI-FA) by the end of Year 2 of the Period of Performance, and 100% of the total PPC Financial Assistance (exclusive of Base-FA, DF-FA, or HFFI-FA) by the end of Year 3 of the Period of Performance. The Recipient may satisfy this goal using the PPC Financial Assistance or other available funds on its balance sheet. The PPC does not need to be located in the Recipient’s approved Target Market but must be in an Eligible Market. Financial Products reported for Performance Goal 2-1 may not be reported for any other Performance Goal. Financial Products reported under any Performance Goal for a CDFI Rapid Response Program (CDFI RRP) award may not be reported for this Performance Goal and any Financial Products reported under any Performance Goal hereunder may not be reported for a CDFI RRP award.   • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.   • Notice to Taxing Authorities and Insurance Companies The Seller shall transmit to the applicable taxing authorities and insurance companies (including primary mortgage insurance policy insurers, if applicable) and/or agents, notification of the transfer of the servicing to the Purchaser, or its designee, and instructions to deliver all notices, tax bills and insurance statements, as the case may be, to the Purchaser from and after the Transfer Date. The Seller shall provide the Purchaser with copies of all such notices within five (5) Business Days following the Transfer Date;

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☒ Northeast Region ☒ West Region ☒ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Statewide HUB Program Statewide Procurement Division Note: In order for State agencies and institutions of higher education (universities) to be credited for utilizing this business as a HUB, they must award payment under the Certificate/VID Number identified above.
