Perpetual License for Pre-Installed Software. Unless otherwise specified in the HOS, the term of the Agreement will begin upon the Customer's first use of the Software on the Device and shall continue for an indefinite term, until terminated in accordance with this Section 19 (Term and Termination).

Perpetual License for Pre-Installed Software. For Software pre-installed on a Device, during the term of this License Agreement, Hexagon grants the Customer and its Users a limited, perpetual (subject to termination as provided in this License Agreement), non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the Software in the Territory only on the Device on which the Software is pre-installed in the manner and to the extent specified in the Agreement. The right is subject to the Agreement, in particular the limitations set forth in Section 7.9 (Use Restrictions) of this License Agreement.
