Permitted Withdrawals from the Collection Account, the Distribution Accounts and the Companion Distribution Account. (a) The Master Servicer may, from time to time, make withdrawals from the Collection Account (or the applicable subaccount of the Collection Account exclusive of the Companion Distribution Account) for any of the following purposes (the following not being an order of priority and without duplication of the same payment or reimbursement):
