Each Party, together with its Group Companies, shall always in its own business be entitled to use Confi- dential Information received through said Party’s com- mitment in the Project to the extent such use does not (i) compromise the confidentiality of the information; or (ii) exceeds such Party’s right to use information constituting Background Information and/or Results.
