Permitted Trucks Sample Clauses

Permitted Trucks. Concessionaire shall utilize Permitted Trucks (as defined in Section 1(b) above) to provide Drayage Service to the Port pursuant to this Concession. To qualify as a Permitted Truck, all Drayage Trucks providing Drayage Service operating under this Concession shall have required information entered into and kept updated in the Drayage Trucks Registry and shall comply at all times with Concession Requirements.
