Permitted Transfers/ Successors and Assigns. (A) The following definitions are used for the purposes of this Section 16.7 and as applicable, throughout the other provisions of this Agreement. To the extent that defined terms are used in this Section 16.7 but are not otherwise defined herein, they shall have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in the Investor Rights Agreement (as defined below).
