Permitted Reallocation. Any reallocation among the Project components described in Part A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement resulting in a variation of more than ten per cent (10%) of the previously agreed budget for the component to which budget is reallocated must be approved in writing by the Fund in advance.
Permitted Reallocation. Any reallocation of the GCF Proceeds among the Funded Activity Outputs described in Part A of Schedule 2 resulting in a variation of more than ten per cent (10%) of the previously agreed Budget for the Outputs from which and to which the funds are to be reallocated must be approved in writing by the Fund in advance. Notwithstanding the above, any increase in the amount allocated to project management costs in Part A of Schedule 2, must be communicated by the Accredited Entity to the Fund and approved in writing by the Fund in advance.
