Permitted Possession. Union firefighters may possess firearms on City property and/or vehicles under the following circumstances: 2.1 If required to do so in the performance of official duties (i.e.: temporarily securing a firearm found in a public place or at the scene of an accident or fire). 2.2 When engaged in law enforcement or military activities. 2.3 When secured within a personal vehicle in compliance with the provisions of RCW 9.41.360(3).
