Permitted Persons. The Hirer must ensure that only the following persons enter the Facility (Permitted Persons): 4.3.1 participants in the Proposed Activity; 4.3.2 persons assisting in the running of the Proposed Activity; or 4.3.3 spectators of the Proposed Activity. The Hirer must not allow any person who is not a Permitted Person to enter the Facility.
