Permitted numbers. Whether Covid regulations are in place to limit the number of people allowed in the facility, the hirer must guarantee that the number of persons at any time in the Hall is complying with the local or national regulations.
Permitted numbers. The Hirer agrees not to exceed the maximum permitted number of people in the building. Currently our insurance allows up to 120 people in the main hall. Hirers MUST ensure that all emergency exits are kept clear of any obstruction and are easily accessible despite any furniture, equipment or decorations being brought on site for the function.
