Permitted Click Tracking. Yahoo! acknowledges and agrees that it is fully responsible for the implementation and operation of any click tracking or other monitoring of clicks that it may introduce in accordance with this Section 2.21.4 and that Google is not responsible for any breaches of any agreement or any problems with the implementation of any Services on any Property which may arise from the introduction by Yahoo! of such click tracking or other monitoring.
