Permitted Capacity. As used in this Agreement, “Permitted Capacity” means Participant acting in his or her capacity as an employee of or consultant to the Company or any Grosvenor Party.

Permitted Capacity. Permitted capacity for the Marin Recycling Center facility is 150 tons per day. The facility is currently operating under capacity at 100 tons per day; therefore available capacity is currently 50 tons per day. Projected tonnage to be received from TOWN daily is roughly 16 tons per day which the facility can comfortably handle. Marin Recycling has certified scales with certified scale house operators to ensure every load accepted into the facility is tracked and recorded. A load checking and waste characterization program helps Marin Recycling Center reach out to its customers when the material composition changes significantly or there are unacceptable materials in the product stream.
