Common use of Permitted Acquisitions Clause in Contracts

Permitted Acquisitions. (a) Subject to the provisions of subsection (b) below and the requirements contained in the definition of Permitted Acquisition, and subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Borrower may from time to time on or after the Closing Date effect Permitted Acquisitions, provided that, with respect to each Permitted Acquisition:

Permitted Acquisitions. (a) Subject to the remaining provisions of subsection (b) below this Section 7.15 applicable thereto and the requirements contained in the definition of Permitted Acquisition, and subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may from time to time on or after the Closing Restatement Effective Date effect Permitted Acquisitions, provided that, so long as with respect to each Permitted Acquisition:
