PERMITS AND INSPECTION FEES. A. Permits shall be secured by the Contractor, and inspections will be required, but the County will not charge the Contractor for permits and inspections obtained from the County. The Contractor shall secure and pay for any permits and inspection fees required by any other governmental entity or agency.
